General Merchants InfoOur goal is to maintain a high level of entertainment, educational outreach, public interest and professional standards in maintaining the theme (giving the impression of being and the encounter of the middle ages) for all of our guests, all applicants who would like to attend the Colorado Medieval Festival, are required to submit an application for jury committee review. Our Grand Opening attendance is estimated to be between 135,000 and 190,000 when located on a permanent site. * NOTE: Space is limited and will granted by the kingdom to only those who meet jury approval. All applicants will be reviewed for product quality, product line, vendor & booth adherence to the middle-age period theme as determined by Medieval World, USA and carefully selected at the sole discretion of the directors of Colorado Medieval Festival. Those companies or individuals that wish a permanent "booth" at Medieval World, USA please see "Construction Guidelines" or contact MAP to arrange for one of the "booths" constructed by MAP. NOTIFICATION:
COSTUMING: Remember, this is a "Period", "Historic Re-creation" or "Living History" event. All Participants must be dressed in 9th through 14th century Celtic, English, German, Middle Eastern or general "peasant" attire. Props & Equipment should also tie into this period or be skillfully hidden from public view. In an effort to maintain the theme of this period and standards promoted by Colorado Medieval Festival, it is necessary for participants to be believable. Those who do not have or cannot obtain appropriate attire and props, need not apply.
